What is your refund/exchange policy?

We understand that minds change, and that’s ok.

We accept returns with a full refund issued if you're not satisfied with your purchase, or you change your mind. Once your return is received by our warehouse, within 30 days of purchase date, unopened and in its original packaging, we will then issue your refund.

If you would like to return your unopened purchase, please contact our customer service team at returns@yourtea.com, they will email you details for the return address. Please bear in mind, we do not refund shipping costs.
