Refund/Return Policy

Due to food regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via hello@yourtea.com, along with photo evidence to discuss further.
 
If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Your Tea are not responsible for replacement and / or refund of the purchased order.
 
If items are lost in the post, Your Tea reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed, are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time.
